When will I receive my items after I place an order?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing leave the warehouse, items usually take 7 to 20 days to reach their destination, maybe longer, but we will be in your hands.
But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case as priority.
You can check the processing time from product page. Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email and your Message.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products.Quality problems can be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
